If your print has arrived damaged, please contact me via email at queries.samwaterman@outlook.com so that an arrangement can be made. Should the item need to be returned, this will need to be done within 2 weeks from the date of receipt.

Whilst I cannot provide exact timing estimates for how long postage will take, rest assured that all prints are posted with tracking. You will recieve an email once I've managed to post your print, along with a time estimate and a means to track the item. Please note that this is all a manual process for me, so allow for a few weeks when making any purchase.
