This information is used for the shipping of ordered products, such as creating labels for packaging. Email addresses may also be collected if the user signs up with just an email address in order to receive monthly newsletters. Personal data is kept within SquareSpace servers and not copied to any local hard drives.

Email addresses are kept until the user decides to stop receiving the emails. Personal information is kept until 2 weeks after the user has received their products, in case of any problems with shipping.
